Please find below the Guarantee Terms & Conditions of the following products

Pressure Cookers

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Pressure Cookers are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of the first purchase by the user against defects in material and workmanship.

2. Fair wear and tear is not a defect. Normal replacement parts, namely, safety valve, gasket and plastic handles are not covered under this guarantee. Certain coloured parts and/or the ceramic or hard anodised coating as applicable may stain, fade, scratch or chip and are not guaranteed; this will not affect the functioning of the pressure cooker.

3. The complete cooker under complaint must be returned to us or our Authorised Service Centre at the user's cost and the Guarantee Card must be produced along with the cooker. The number on the Guarantee Card must match the number on the bottom of the cooker.

4. The cooker must be used properly in accordance with the printed instructions contained in the cookbook given with cooker.

5. Genuine parts of our manufacture must be used at all times.

6. The cooker must not be damaged or weakened by any repair by an unauthorised person.

7. Subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions, we shall repair or replace free of cost any defective part or parts or the whole cooker at our option.

Hard Anodised Cookware

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Futura Hard Anodised Cookware is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of first purchase by the users

2. Fair wear and tear is not a defect. Normal replacement parts, namely, plastic or wooden handles and knobs are not covered under this guarantee.

3. The complete cookware under complaint must be returned to us or our Authorised Service Centre at the user's cost and this Guarantee Card must be produced along with the cookware. The number on the Guarantee Card must match the number on the bottom of the cookware.

4. The cookware must be used maintained properly in accordance with the printed instructions contained in the cookbook given with the cookware.

5. Do not put the hot pan in cold water.

6. Genuine parts of our supply must be used at all times.

7. The cookware must not be damaged or weakened by any repair by an unauthorised person.

8. Subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions, we shall repair or replace free of cost any defective part or parts or the whole cookware at our option.

Nonstick Cookware

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Futura Nonstick Cookware is guaranteed against defect in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of first purchase by the user.

2. Fare wear and tear is not a defect. Normal replacement parts, namely, plastic or wooden handles and knobs are not covered under this guarantee.

3. The complete cookware under complaint must be returned to us or our Authorised Service Centre at the user's cost and this Guarantee Card must be produced along with the cookware. The number on the Guarantee Card must match the number on the bottom of the cookware.

4. The cookware must be used and maintained properly in accordance with the printed instructions contained in the Cookbook and Instruction Manual given with the cookware In particular, all the instructions given in the Caution below must be observed.

5. Genuine part of our supply must be used at all time.

6. The cookware must not be damaged or weakened by any repair by an unauthorised person.

7. Subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions, we shall repair or replace free of cost any defective part or parts or the whole cookware at our option.

CAUTION

1. Do not use high heat.

2. Do not use on chulha, industrial burners or any heat source which cannot be regulated to low and medium heat.

3. Limit pre-heating without food as stated in the Futura Nonstick Instruction Manual.

4. When product is hot, ensure that it is never without food.

5. Do not cut or scrape with metal or sharp edged objects.

6. Clean thoroughly after each use in hot water with a mild soap or detergent and a dishcloth or sponge. Do not put hot pan in cold water.

7. Do not put pan in the dishwasher.

8. Do not pan or lid in a hot oven or under a broiler.

Glass Lid

Additional Terms & Conditions of Guarantee

1. The Glass Lid is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 2 years.

2. Damage(s) caused by misuse/abuse, accident, dropping or hitting are not covered under this guarantee.

3. Do not put lid in an oven or under a grill.

4. Hand wash after every use in hot water with a mild soap or detergent and a dishcloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly with a soft clean cloth.

5. To avoid "misting" caused by moisture, store the glass lid in a place with good air circulation/a well-ventilated place and not in its original packing.
